Don't accept dye-stained notes!
'A stained note is probably a stolen note.'
Banknotes are stained in robberies.
Dye-stained banknotes can be stained by red or blue ink.
Even slightly stained notes are ILLEGAL.
Accepting dye-stained banknotes from cashiers, customers or anyone else is accepting stolen money.
If you are given or accept a dye-stained banknote unknowingly, hand it in at the nearest police station.
